Once the payment is done, your order is confirmed immediately.

We take 1-6 days to dispatch your order, depending on the availability and production time of the products. Once dispatched, you will have your parcel in your hands within 3-7 business days. You will always have the tracking details right here to never let you get lost in anticipation.

We are a small business and work with a small team who meticulously pack your orders to avoid damage in transit. :)

Please note that we are not responsible for any delay in transit caused by the courier services. Sometimes, due to weather, roadblocks and other unforeseen circumstances, delays cannot be avoided.

We only offer refund in the following two situations:

1. You have received incorrect product(s)
2. You have received damaged product(s)

In both the cases, you must send us an unboxing video of the parcel within 48 hours of receiving it at orangeskiesindia@gmail.com.
